I'm losing my mind. I've been writing either in Portuguese or in Spanish all day long. Just now I tried to look up "simpathy" in an English-Portuguese dictionary.
Honestly. My once meticulous English spelling has been shot to heck by wonderful, systematic, phonetic romance languages.

I feel your pain. In fact, my Spanish professors feel your pain, too since my Italian and Spanish constantly ruined each other as well as my English.
Yeah, exactly. Last week I wrote sistem and couldn't, for the life of me, figure out what was wrong with it.

Here, here! or is it Hear, hear! Oh, well--it could be worse. We could have studied Chinese and mixed in Chinese symbols with our English!
